There are days when you have the drive to write and you feel empty of words (speechless like Micheal Jackson of blessed memory would say).  I picked up a book of Frances Coombes on self-motivation and here i am supercharged.enough bluffing from me.now to the much awaited question what is motivation?

In my own simple terms motivation is a state of the mind, an attitude (behaviour)  , a way of thinking and living and a life pattern that can yield tremendous benefit far beyond your widest imagination.defining motivation goes far beyond words. It is a conscious thought transformed into an action step. Still don’t get it? well see it this way, do you remeber the time you took your first steps as a child? naaa i bet you were to early to remember. this video should remind you what it looks like.

Did you watch the video? now that is what i call motivation. A child first steps. did you know the number of falls? did she give up? as innocent as a lamb we all were once in that state and we both took our first walking steps, not without numerous falls and bruises but we all did it and learnt to work. now that is motivation in action.You were highly motivated as a toddler when with little encouragement (even when  you could bare understand a language) you thought yourself to walk, eat, talk and discover the people around you.It was your curiosity that propelled you to push forward and not give up. breaking and exploiting new grounds was all written all over your face,you did not give up but rather battled through false starts, falling, tears and kept trying till you finally did it. 1.Spend Time With Each Member Of  Your Team

Spending 10 to 15mins  quality time with your team member each time a week or two weeks is better than some AGM meeting or barbecue dinner that you hold once a year. You need to get to know the individual better and they need to get to know you. You will gain a much better understanding of them and how they ae handling the job. This will shows that you care about you people and not just a business or money money, work work situation.

2. Believe In Your Team
